SmartCOP is Excited to Welcome Broxton City Police Department

Broxton Police

SmartCOP, Inc., is pleased to welcome the Broxton City Police Department to our group of Georgia agencies working to keep the public safe. The Police Department, dispatched from Coffee County Sheriff’s Office, also a SmartCOP agency, will be utilizing our SmartMOBILE and field-based reporting modules.

Coffee County Sheriff’s Office joined SmartCOP in 2018 with our full suite of software solutions. The addition of Broxton City through a sub-license will allow their chief and sheriff complete access to our records management and premier mobile software, SmartRMS and SmartMOBILE. Through this, the chief and sheriff will have mapping capabilities and access to queries to find information while on the move from both agencies, as well as offline capabilities. In offline mode, officers can work completely disconnected with no impeded options. Reports can be completed immediately, and will simply upload to the server once a connection has been re-established.

Moving into the future, there is no doubt that this department will see many benefits from the robust amenities of our SmartRMS and SmartMOBILE software. We are thrilled to have Broxton City join our software solution family, and we look forward to seeing their growth as we move forward together.
