    Yes. SmartRMS includes built-in validation rules for NIBRS (National Incident-Based Reporting System). The system checks reports for required fields, data formatting, and logical consistency before submission. Agencies can also create custom edit rules to enforce local policies and reduce rejected reports.

  • What size police departments use SmartCOP?
