During this critical time in our country, we know our SmartCOP customers are dealing with an unprecedented number of issues from a pandemic, to staffing shortages, and even budget debates. Thus, public safety software must remain current, dependable, and up to date with the latest technology with no unexpected or hidden costs. As such, SmartCOP recently provided a significant release of CAD, RMS, and Mobile Computing to our agency partners and as always, free of charge, as part of our maintenance agreement. With this major release, we have added more than 20 new features to the SmartCOP product lines.
SmartCOP is committed to providing clients with the best investment possible through our comprehensive annual maintenance and support agreement. SmartCOP software upgrades and enhancements are always included with agency maintenance. Most other public safety software vendors charge separately for upgrades and improvements or specify a limited time during which enhancements are free.
All new features and improvements, whether requested by existing customers or initiated internally by SmartCOP’s product managers, are available to each of our agencies under an active maintenance agreement at no additional charge.
