We have been utilizing your company’s software for approximately one month now and we have been pleased with its performance thus far. You are probably more aware than me of the difficulties that come with an overall software change. SmartCop is the third Record Management System and Computer Aided Dispatch System that our department has used over the past 16 years. I am convinced that your software is the best we have experienced. ‘There are some things about the previous software that I personally liked better, but the overall SmartCop experience has been the best. I have not seen any reluctance to the transition from any staff, which is a very positive thing and way better than previous changes.
I believe your product will continue to perform well for many years to come, and the reason being is the staff you have in place and the method in which they worked with us on the training and implementation. The team that we worked with – Josh Dannelley, Vicki Floyd, and Richard Loza – was amazing! The coordination that Richard handled was great. He was responsive, timely, and always organized. Vicki’s life experience around Jaw enforcement officers from her previous job was invaluable. She has heard most of the excuses as to why it won’t work from the dispatchers to the officers, and she was always one step ahead of them and would calm their concerns. Josh is amazing! If you said you have anyone else who works for you who knows more about your software and how it works than Josh, I would have a hard time believing you. He always had a ‘we can fix that’ attitude and resolved any issues immediately – again this guy is amazing!
