The Gulf County Sheriff’s Office (GCSO) has chosen SmartCOP, Inc. as its new public safety software vendor. The sheriff’s office purchased SmartCAD, SmartRMS, and SmartMOBILE in order to increase efficiency and improve agency analytics. Gulf County joins more than 25 other Florida Sheriffs using the SmartCOP solution.

The implementation of SmartCAD, SmartRMS and SmartMOBILE provides GCSO the necessary tools to keep the county safe while reducing paperwork for officers and enabling them to become more efficient.

Gulf County includes more than 25 sworn officers and 12 civilian support staff serving a population of about 20,000.
