City of Palatka Selects SmartCOP for Public Safety Software Upgrade

The City of Palatka, FL upgrades public safety operations with SmartCOP’s CAD, RMS, and mobile systems.

SmartCOP is proud to announce that the City of Palatka, Florida, has chosen our fully integrated public safety software suite. This includes SmartCAD, SmartRMS, and SmartMOBILE. SmartCOP will help support its mission of keeping residents safe and connected.

Located in Putnam County and serving a population of approximately 11,000. Palatka is implementing 35 mobile computers equipped with SmartCOP’s field-based reporting tools. These upgrades will allow officers to access real-time data, submit reports directly from the field, and improve response times and accuracy.
