Leading the Way: About the FSA Executive Leadership Conference
The Executive Leadership Conference & Fleet Exposition is the Florida Sheriffs Association’s premier training event, bringing together sheriffs, command staff, and support teams from across the state. From November 17–19, 2025, the Renaissance Orlando at SeaWorld will host more than 550 attendees for three days of learning, networking, and hands-on exploration.
This conference is unique in that it provides training for every role within the sheriff’s office, from command staff and fleet managers to IT teams, finance personnel, and jail administrators.
