CTS America Awarded ProQA Paramount Platinum Certification

Priority Dispatch Corp’s™ (PDC) Platinum level certification was awarded after an extensive integration process with ProQA® Paramount software. PDC™ utilizes a certification process to assure end-users their CAD’s interface performs to the highest standards required in the industry. CTS’ SmartCAD has earned the Platinum endorsement for law enforcement, fire, and EMS dispatch.  Platinum is the top-level certification that can be awarded after undergoing rigorous testing to ensure it met seven critical functions required to be named a certified interface.

ProQA Dispatch Software integrates the power of the International Academies of Emergency Dispatch’s protocols with today’s critical computer technologies. It helps emergency dispatchers using SmartCAD to move smoothly through Case Entry and Key Questioning eliminating the need to re-enter the data as well as provide more accurate information to first responders in the field.
